Cecelia Linayao - San Diego, CA

Cecelia Ramos Linayao is a fine arts graduate of Cal State University Long Beach. She uses canvas, computer and the street for her art. Street Painting - using pastel chalk directly on the street - is a major part of her public art repertoire. She has been chosen as the Featured Artist at many festivals and has won numerous awards. In 2010, she was the Featured Guest Artist at Houston Via Colori.  Combining techniques and technologies old and new, she finds deep satisfaction in using art for communication, education and self-expression.
