Anat Ronen, a native of Israel, is a Houston based self-taught artist. Until not too long ago, she was working in administrative positions in numerous jobs. In 2009, Anat went public in a huge way as she was hired to create four massive murals along the Galveston Causeway. Since then, she has completed more than a hundred larger and smaller scale murals on highways, commercial spots and in private homes throughout the Houston area.

Also in 2009 she was introduced to Houston Via Colori through a radio contest on Mix 96.5; this was her first street painting experience representing the station. The Center for Hearing and Speech is thrilled to announce Anat will be our Featured Artist for 2011!
