Kate David, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA's Biography
Dr. David is a pediatric audiologist at the Center for Hearing and Speech. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Psychology from the University of New Mexico and her Doctorate in Audiology from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. David completed her Au.D. externship at The Center for Hearing and Speech and became a member of the Audiology Department following graduation in 2009.
Dr. David currently serves as the CHS Cochlear Implant Team Coordinator and the Melinda Webb School Audiology Coordinator. Dr. David’s passion and clinical focus lies in the area of pediatric cochlear implants. She provides clinical services at The Center for Hearing and Speech including pediatric hearing evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, cochlear implant mapping, and aural rehabilitation. She is clinically certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
