Noisemakers - Young Leaders for CHS
Are you interested in joining a young professionals group that raises awareness and has fun at the same time?! If so, Noisemakers is definitely for you!
The goal of Noisemakers is to bring like-minded young people together to raise awareness in the community for the mission of The Center for Hearing and Speech (CHS). The Center's mission is to enable children with hearing loss to reach their full potential by teaching them listening, speaking and literacy skills. Although CHS has been around for 70 years, there are still people in Houston who have never heard of the services CHS offers. Our goal is to put the Center on the map so every parent who finds out their child has hearing loss knows there are resources and options available for their child to succeed in a hearing world.
We will host quarterly happy hours to educate members on the mission of CHS. Happy hours are also great for networking and getting to know other young professionals with the same interests as you! For details and updates on our events, be sure to join our Facebook group for the latest information.
