Education/Speech Coordinator
Hiltpold is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. Her passion for the deaf community led her to a part-time teaching assistant position at The Center for Hearing and Speech. While in this position, Hiltpold also participated as a substitute teacher for the Galveston/Brazoria Cooperative for the Hearing Impaired. She is now working full-time as the Education/Speech Coordinator at CHS. Hiltpold is currently furthering her education in American Sign Language with the Houston Community College Interpreter Training Program. Her responsibilities include coordinating client intake and assisting the Director of Speech and the Director of Education.
