Dr. Laura C. Baysinger, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Pediatric Audiologist, Melinda Web School Coordinator

Dr. Baysinger received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007. Prior to her completion of her doctorate, she completed her fourth year externship at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. At Cook Children’s, Dr. Baysinger gained a great deal of experience completing sedated and unsedated Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) evaluations, as well as completing pediatric hearing aid fittings. After completing her externship at Cook Children’s, Dr. Baysinger joined the Audiology department at The Center for Hearing and Speech. Dr. Baysinger provides clinical services at CHS, including hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, as well as ABRs and Auditory Steady State Response (ASSR) evaluations. She is moderately proficient in both Spanish and American Sign Language. Dr. Baysinger also is currently the Melinda Webb School Coordinator.
